Meet Matt owner since 1996

Matt welcomed his first child in Spring of 2020. When not hard at work his favorite place to be is in the mountains hiking and climbing. Favorite holiday is the 4th of July where he loves spending time on the lake.

Meet Nicole on the team since 2018

Loves computer programming and used to write and edit coursework for Microsoft When out from behind the desk she likes to spend time in the outdoors hiking and being with her grandchildren. Being from Oregon, her favorite season is the winter with it’s beautiful snowy weather (if she’s up north, that is)

Meet Jorge on the team since 2009

Not only does Jorge run the crews, he’s also the lead trainer for all new hires. It’s the time of year where things cool off, work hours are shorter and there’s time with family. With working hard in the texas heat, Jorge can’t go without his daily Gatorade.

Meet Solomon on the team since 2013

A devoted family man, a husband, and father, with two kids ages 23 and 24. His favorite holiday because it’s spent surrounded by all of his relatives. Red pentas are his favorite flower.

Meet Gabriel on the team since 2017

A busy man with 6 kids and all under the age 12! His favorite holiday is Thanksgiving and being with his family. When the work day is over he likes an ice cold coke.
