Since 1996, Matt has been the proud owner of College Fund Landscaping, building a business rooted in hard work, dedication, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. In the spring of 2020, Matt embraced a new adventure—fatherhood—welcoming his first child and adding “proud dad” to his list of titles.
When he’s not leading his team or designing stunning landscapes, you’ll likely find Matt in the great outdoors, where hiking and climbing in the mountains bring him the most joy. And when summer rolls around, there’s no better place to celebrate his favorite holiday, the Fourth of July, than on the lake, enjoying the sun, water, and time with family and friends.
Matt’s love for nature and commitment to excellence shine through in everything he does, making College Fund Landscaping a company built on both expertise and heart.

Since joining the College Fund Landscaping team in 2009, Jorge has been a key leader in keeping our crews running smoothly. As Field Supervisor, he not only manages daily operations but also takes the lead in training new hires, ensuring they’re set up for success from day one.
While he works hard year-round, Jorge has a special appreciation for winter—when the temperatures cool off, workdays are shorter, and there’s more time to spend with family. And with the Texas heat being no joke, there’s one thing he never goes without: his daily Gatorade to stay hydrated and keep going strong.
Jorge’s dedication, leadership, and experience make him an invaluable part of our team, helping us deliver top-quality service every day.

Meet Esther Casian, one of CFL’s customer service representatives. Esther’s passionate about providing excellent customer care to all of our clients.
Esther contributes to the customer service team by delivering results that align with CFL’s mission of giving back to the community and building something beautiful for today and the future.
Esther values her family, faith, community, and friendship, which guide her personal and professional lives. Esther’s favorite part of working at CFL is the unified company culture and shared vision.
“Being a part of a team that serves with purpose, values excellence, integrity, innovation, and mutual support is both inspiring and fulfilling,” Esther says.
When she’s not working at CFL, you can find Esther joyfully serving her community or exploring the trails throughout her neighborhood with her husband of 22 years and their two children.

Adam joined the College Fund Landscaping family in 2022, bringing with him over 20 years of management experience leading high-performing teams across a variety of industries.
Originally from Colorado, he relocated to Texas in 2017 and has since found a strong sense of purpose and passion within the green industry. A dedicated team leader, Adam is passionate about supporting his team and ensuring every client receives exceptional service. He takes pride in fostering a culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and 100% client satisfaction.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, watching college football and NASCAR, and continuing a long-standing tradition of attending CU Buffs football games with friends each fall.

Chris has been licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture since 1987 and began his own landscaping business in 1998. Over the years, they maintained 108 homeowners’ associations (HOAs) across the region, including Craig Ranch, Willow Bend, and Old Shepherd Place.
After successfully selling the business of 25 years, Chris now enjoys working with College Fund Landscaping, engaging with customers, and sharing decades of industry knowledge.
Outside of work, life is enriched by time spent with two beloved rescue labradors and a well-earned appreciation for the simple joys of life.

Since 2013, Solomon has been a key part of the College Fund Landscaping team, leading the mowing crew with skill and a great sense of humor. Known as the team jokester, he keeps the workday lively while ensuring every lawn looks its best.
A devoted family man, Solomon is a proud husband and father to two grown kids, ages 23 and 24. His favorite holiday is New Year’s, a time when he gets to be surrounded by all of his relatives, celebrating and making memories together.
When it comes to flowers, Solomon’s top pick is red pentas—bold, bright, and full of life, just like him!

Raven Nikole is a customer service representative at College Fund Landscaping, and truly enjoys helping our clients — whether by phone, email, or text.
With a background in food service, healthcare, and technology, she never expected to be in lawn care, but Raven says that joining the College Fund family has been one of the best decisions she’s ever made. Each day brings new opportunities to learn, work alongside family, and build meaningful connections with our clients.
“The most rewarding part of my job is giving back - helping others on a larger scale is both fulfilling and humbling.”Outside of work, Raven loves spending time with her four amazing boys and parents, and attending church.

Description Since joining the College Fund Landscaping team in 2018, Nicole has been the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in computer programming and experience writing and editing coursework for Microsoft, she’s a true tech whiz who brings both precision and passion to her work.
But when she steps away from the desk, Nicole loves embracing the great outdoors—whether it’s hiking through nature or spending quality time with her grandchildren. And as a true Oregon native, she has a soft spot for winter weather. If she’s up north, you’ll find her fully embracing the snow and all the beauty that comes with it!
With her expertise, attention to detail, and love for adventure, Nicole is an essential part of the team, helping keep College Fund Landscaping thriving every day.

Raynier Neco joined the College Fund Landscaping team in 2025 and says it has given him a breath of fresh air and new experiences.
Raynier comes from a background in the restaurant industry. He worked at Rosas's cafe for about 6 years as a cashier, crew leader, and manager, all of which taught him the value of hard work hard, responsibility, and customer service.
Outside of work, Raynier enjoys watching sports, especially football (soccer). His hobbies change over the years, but he classifies himself as a homebody and enjoys spending time with his family watching sports and movies.
“College Fund has taught me to look at things and problems in a more positive way, and to be more compassionate towards every employee, always trying to understand them and help them,” says Raynier.

Since 2017, Gabriel has been a hardworking and dedicated member of the College Fund Landscaping team. As a Landscape Crew Lead and Fabricator, he brings skill and precision to every project, ensuring top-notch results for our clients.
Outside of work, Gabriel stays busy with his biggest and most important job—being a dad to six kids, all under the age of 12! Family is everything to him, which is why Thanksgiving is his favorite holiday, a time to slow down, reflect, and enjoy time with loved ones.
After a long day on the job, there’s nothing better for Gabriel than kicking back with an ice-cold Coke to refresh and recharge for another day of hard work.
