What is included in our estate management service?
Maintaining the tip-top shape of your estate can be daunting, but with our estate management service, you can rest easy knowing that everything from lawn care to landscape maintenance is taken care of for you. When you sign up for this service, you can expect the following to be included:
Lawn Fertilization: Your lawn will be fertilized three times throughout the year, in April, June, and August, to consistently deliver the nutrients it needs to grow healthy and green.
Liquid Aeration: We apply liquid aeration treatments in February and August to create tiny pores in the soil that alleviate compaction, allowing nutrients and resources to better penetrate and reach the roots of your grass.
Leaf Clean Ups: AWe offer our professional leaf removal service to take this task off of your hands. When you sign up for this service, we will follow a thorough process that involves blowing all of the leaves from your yard and collecting them.
Flower Bed Weeding: Our landscape bed weed control service involves meticulous hand-pulling by our expert team. We tailor our visits to your landscape's needs, coming out weekly to ensure your beds remain weed-free.
Fire Ant Control: We provide proactive fire ant control treatments to prevent infestations before they start, as well as solutions to eliminate existing fire ant colonies from your lawn.
Lawn Insect Control: This service involves preventative treatments designed to keep lawn insects from infesting your lawn and curative treatments that will get rid of existing infestations. Both of these treatments are administered at the right time depending on the pest to ensure we provide targeted solutions for your lawn. The lawn insect control treatments we use are effective against pests like grubs, chinch bugs, aphids, armyworms, and many more.
Weed Control: Pre-emergent weed control treatments will be applied three times, starting in Sept/Nov and ending in Feb/March to prevent weeds from surfacing on your turf. Meanwhile, post-emergent will be utilized as needed throughout the year to eradicate existing growth.
Lawn Mowing: Your lawn will be mowed regularly throughout the year to keep it neat and manicured. In addition to cutting your grass, we will string-trim, edge, and blow debris off hard surfaces for a clean finish.
Shrub Trimming: We offer a trimming service that helps maintain the appearance of your plants throughout the growing season.
Lawn Disease Control: We utilize highly effective preventative and curative treatments that'll help prevent and eliminate lawn diseases like dollar spot, fairy ring, slime mold, root rot, and more!
Grub Control: We offer preventative grub control treatments to prevent grubs from infesting your lawn to begin with, and curative treatments to eliminate any existing grub infestations from your turf.
