With over a decade in landscaping experience, our goal is to provide a quality timely service at a reasonable price.  Whether you simply need your lawn cut every two weeks or regular weekly maintenance to your lawn, flowerbeds, and shrubs throughout the year; we strive to meet your needs.

Service Details

Payments

  • Credit or Debit card is required to start service.  This will be charged for the first months work and it will be kept on file.
  • Credit/Debit - Our easiest method of payment.  We will email an invoice for your records and charge your card at the end of every month.  Nothing for you to remember!
  • Check Payment - If you do not wish to use a credit/debit card, we send out monthly invoices at the beginning of the month for the upcoming month.  They are due by the 10th of the following month.  If payment is not received by the due date, then the credit card on file will be charged.  Due to the time consuming process of printing and mailing invoices, we charge $1 each month to cover these costs.  We can email your invoice to avoid this charge.

Mow Day & Time

We work Monday through Friday.  Our crews are assigned a specific route to follow so you will notice they typically come around the same time each day.  As we add customers, the time may change so we cannot specify a certain time.

Gates & Pets

For customers who lock their gates we have a few options.  First, you can unlock your gate on your specified mowing day and your backyard will be mowed.  We cannot come back to mow if the gate was locked.  Secondly, if you have a combination lock you can give us the combination, we will mow the backyard, and lock it back up when we are finished.  We will not carry keys for locks due to the chance of them getting lost.  If you do not have a combination lock,  one will be provided at no additional charge.  Pets are generally not a problem and our crews are very careful about locking and closing gates, but we cannot guarantee that your pet will not escape and you accept our services with this provision.

Property Damage

If there is property damage please notify us immediately.  Most damage is done to drain pipes or sprinkler heads. Please make note of where the sprinkler head is and we will be out to repair it promptly.  We will not be responsible for any repairs done without our knowledge.

Cancellations

  • Basic plan customers must provide 24 hours notice for cancellation once the 5 trip minimum is met.  If you decide to cancel before the five trip minimum than your card will be charged at $40 per trip or the five trip minimum which ever is less.
  • Comprehensive Plan customers may cancel anytime with 30 days notice after the initial contract period expires.  The plan will renew monthly after the initial 12 month obligation.

Unsatisfactory Service

We stand behind all of our work.  If the service in not satisfactory, notify us within 24 hours and we will come back to correct the problem either the same day or the next day.  If you do not notify us within 24 hours, we will consider the work satisfactory for that trip.
